Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

• Returns must be received within 10 days of the purchase date to qualify for store credit or exchange.
Store credit is issued via e-gift card to the email used at checkout.
• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage, stains, makeup, deodorant, or odors.
• Items returned outside the 10-day window or not meeting return requirements will be denied and returned to the customer.
Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered at this time.


How to Return

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items may be returned in person or shipped back using your preferred carrier.
• When mailing a return, we highly recommend selecting a trackable shipping service.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or unable to be located once scanned into the carrier system.


Processing Time

• Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after your return has been received.
• An email confirmation will be sent once processing is complete and store credit has been issued.


Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Jewelry, accessories, and handbags
• Sale, promotional, or discounted items
• Items discounted 30% or more
