Orders are shipped via USPS with the following options:

• Standard Ground Shipping — $9.95 (Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days)
• Priority Shipping — $20 (Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by USPS.
• If your package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
• For packages lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Shipping Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

• Free local pickup is available.
• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pickup confirmation email.
